Introduction

Welcome to the Alfred documentation.

Alfred is a decision intelligence platform — the intelligence layer that sits between your business data and your leadership decisions. It connects to the tools you already run, reasons continuously across everything they know, and tells you what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.

These docs will help you connect your stack, understand what Alfred's agents do, get answers fast, and get the most out of Alfred from week one.

How Alfred Works

Alfred operates in four stages:

1. Learn — Alfred connects to your existing platforms through secure, read-only API integrations. Up to one year of historical data is synced at onboarding. No engineering effort, no workflow disruption.

2. Nudge — Alfred continuously correlates signals across your channels, spend, funnel, and performance data — 24 hours a day. When something needs your attention, Alfred surfaces it before you go looking.

3. Recommend — Every insight arrives decision-ready: what happened, the root cause, and a prioritised recommendation, in plain language.

4. Act — When you approve a recommendation, Alfred executes it directly inside your connected tools. Every action is logged in a full audit trail.

You receive three types of output: a prioritised daily brief every morning, on-demand answers to any question about your data, and proactive alerts when something needs a decision.

What's in These Docs

Integrations
Step-by-step guides for connecting your stack — ad platforms, analytics, CRM, search, and collaboration tools. What each integration gives Alfred access to, how the connection works, and what to expect during the first sync.

Agent Library
Meet the specialised agents working behind your data. What each agent monitors, the signals it watches for, the recommendations it produces, and how to calibrate it to your business.

Use Cases & Playbooks
Practical walkthroughs for the decisions Alfred is built for — reallocating budget across channels, catching creative fatigue early, preparing for a board review, investigating an anomaly, and more.

User Manuals
Detailed guides to every surface in Alfred: the Daily Brief, the KPI Cockpit, alerts, Seek Alfred, user roles, and account settings.

Demo Videos
Short, focused videos showing Alfred in action — from first connection to first decision.

Data Security & Compliance
How your data is isolated, governed, and protected. What Alfred stores, what it never does with your data, and how write-back and audit trails work.

FAQ & Troubleshooting
Quick answers to common questions and fixes for common issues — connection errors, sync delays, alert configuration, and billing.

Getting Started

  1. Connect your tools — Start with the Integrations section. Most teams connect their first platforms in under an hour.

  2. Calibrate Alfred — Set your KPIs, alert thresholds, and business objectives during onboarding (weeks 1–2).

  3. Receive your first brief — Your first Daily Briefing arrives by week two. From that point, Alfred is fully operational.

Time to first insight: under one week. Zero engineering resources required.
